Kerala Exotic Tour (10 Days/9 Nights)

Day 1 - Arrival at Cochin

When you reach Cochin, our representative will welcome you and bring you to the hotel. Cochin is a well known city in the Indian State of Kerala. It has some of the best natural harbours in the country.In the afternoon, we shall go on an exciting boat cruise and view the sunset. In the evening, we will enjoy a Kathakali ( Kerala's most popular dance ) performance.

Day 2 - Cochin to Munnar

In the morning we will visit some popular places in Cochin like Jew town, a Jewish Synagogue dating back to 1568. a spice market and the church of St Francis. Later during the day we will go to Munnar. Munnar is an exquisite hill station in Kerala having a few of the highest tea gardens in the world. It is approximately 150 km from Cochin and will take us four hours to reach.

Day 3 - At Munnar

We begin touring Munnar after breakfast, visiting the highest tea estates in the world and the National Park at Eravikulam. At the Park, you can get the best view of a Nilgiri Tahr or mountain goat. Thereafter you can spend the day relaxing or by exploring the place on your own. We stay overnight at Munnar.

Day 4 - Munnar to Periyer

Today we proceed to Periyar, where Southern India's most famous wildlife sanctuary is located. In the late afternoon, we tour a Spice Garden/plantation, for which Periyar is famous. We will be accompanied by a guide. We continue to stay overnight at Munnar.

Day 5 - Periyer to Kumarakom

Early in the morning we will take a boat cruise on the Periyar Lake wildlife sanctuary. Later in the day we will go to Kumarakom and see its renowned back waters, the famous bird sanctuary and the massive Vembanad lake. We stay overnight at Kumarakom.

Day 6 - Kumarakom to Thothapalli

We visit the Bird Sanctuary in the morning. After that we cruise along Kumarakom's backwaters in a houseboat named Kettuvallam, to Thothapalli. Here we will witness the daily lives of villagers in the backwaters. We stay overnight at the houseboat.

Day 7 - Thothapalli to Kovalam

Today we disembark from the houseboat and travel to Kovalam. Kovalam lies to the south of Thiruvanathapuram and is one of the country's best beaches. It is well known for water sports. We spend the day exploring this lovely place and stay there overnight.

Day 8 - At Kovalam

We spend the day relaxing in Kovalam and continue to stay there overnight.

Day 9 - At Kovalam

We will spend the day in the cozy reclines Kovalam without much activity.

Day 10 - Leave Kovalam

Our tour will reach its conclusion. We will make sure you are taken to the airport/railway station on time for travel to your next destination.
